Processing Timeframes
All our items that state are in stock, are physically in stock in our warehouse in Brisbane. We do not drop ship, or indicate we have items that we don't have physical stock of.
Processing time frames are as follows:
- Board Games and accessories are Next Business Day.
- 3DLevelup branded items are typically posted 1-3 Business Days.
For 3DLevelup branded items, whilst we have the items in stock, we need to often assemble, sort, quality check and pack your items which can take time. Sometimes our quality check prior to shipment will require us to re-print a small part.
If you have purchased a Pre-Order item (stated in the item name), our processing time is typically 5-10 business days as we need to print your order.

Our business operates Monday to Friday but we try and answer questions from the online chat outside business hours if able to do so. We understand many of our customers are in a very different time zone to us. Shipping drop offs and pickups are also Monday to Friday.
Delivery Timeframes
For domestic shipping Australia Post typically delivers within 5 business days. We often see deliveries in Brisbane locations take 2 business days.
For international orders it is typically 9-26 days but we have seen this extend out to 35 days to some countries.
Shipment Tracking
Shipment will always have a tracking number for you to be able to check status. You will receive an email with a link to our website where you can view tracking information once your order has been placed. We recommend you also provide your mobile for SMS or an reliable email account for shipping update notifications when you place your order.
If you lose your tracking number or do not see it, please contact us and we can provide. We are with you on the journey and more than happy to assist with shipping enquiries.

Description:
In The Guild of Merchant Explorers, each player starts with one city on their personal map board.
Shuffle the deck of terrain cards, then reveal most of these cards one by one. Based on the terrain revealed, each player places on their board cubes that are connected to their starting city or other cubes. You want to complete areas on your board, cross the seas to new land, and establish new cities on the board. You can explore capsized ships for treasure — which gives you special placement capabilities — and create linked connections between locations to score bonus points. Common objectives can be completed by all players, with those who complete it first scoring more points.
At the end of a round, all cubes are removed from each board, leaving only the cities behind, so if you don't establish new cities, you'll be stuck in the same places.
The Guild of Merchant Explorers contains multiple copies of four different maps, and the game is designed so that you can play remotely with one or more copies.

Personal Review and Recommendation
A puzzling solitaire game that you can enjoy with your friends and family, or on your own. Not a lot of player interaction, but that is not necessarily a negative. This game keeps everyone busy building their own little networks and reaching distant lands to conquer. There is no downtime, with very smooth play where everyone is doing their own actions simultaneously in phases. You will have some shared objectives to race to achieve. This is a very relaxing game with moments of deep thinking, but not so much that it hinders the socializing around the table. You'll feel some achievement when you reach those most distant regions, and then you'll look up and wonder how many coins everyone else has, as they do collect into a pile, making it hard to guess whether your achievements will out do all the others!
Whilst the official age is 14+, we would suggest that this game would work fine for a 10 year old, or even 8+ in some cases.
We all love playing this game, and we Strongly recommend it.
