Postage within Australia
We use Australia Post as our primary shipping services in Australia. We discount the shipping for you to provide a $10 flat fee for residential addresses, and $15 for P.O. box addresses.
All shipments will be provided with a tracking number.
About P.O. boxes: Flat fee of $15 applies to P.O. boxes. This is due to the additional costs associated with P.O. boxes.
International Orders
We ship Internationally to most locations (Europe, US, Canada, South America, Singapore, Oceania) If your country is not listed as an available destination, or you are unable to check out, please reach out to us. Due to high prices on shipping of board games we typically do not ship these internationally. We use Australia Post for our international postage which typically have a 9 to 26 day delivery timeframe. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All shipments will be provided with a tracking number and insured with the carrier up to $100
Unfortunately there are certain countries we cannot ship to due to customs regulations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we can confirm.
Taxes, Duties and Customs:
Please note that customs tariffs, taxes or import duties on arrival at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. All our products are zero-rated for tax for international orders. For those in the European union, and in Brazil you may be contacted by customs for processing of your item.
Processing Timeframes
It takes us 1-2 business days to process your order. If you have purchased a Pre-Order item (stated in the item name), our processing time is typically 5-10 business days as we need to print your order. All items on our store listed as In-Stock are already printed and ready for packing, final QA, and shipment.
Business Hours
Our business operates Monday to Friday but we try and answer questions from the online chat outside business hours if able to do so. Shipping drop offs and pickups are also Monday to Friday.
Delivery Timeframes
For domestic shipping Australia Post typically delivers within 5 business days. We often see deliveries in Brisbane locations take 2 business days.
For international orders it is typically 9-26 days but we have seen this extend out to 35 days to some countries.
Shipment Tracking
Shipment will always have a tracking number for you to be able to check status. You will receive an email with a link to our website where you can view tracking information once your order has been placed. We recommend you also provide your mobile for SMS or an reliable email account for shipping update notifications when you place your order.
If you lose your tracking number or do not see it, please contact us and we can provide. We are with you on the journey and more than happy to assist with shipping enquiries.

Our organiser now supports 2023 edition of Stardew Valley with sleeved cards (designed with gamegenic branded sleeves in mind). The 2023 edition of stardew valley changed the mini card size from mini American sized cards to mini Euro sized cards. Please be careful purchasing organisers and sleeves for stardew valley. If it has copyright 2023 on the back you have the 2023 edition with mini Euro cards.
With so many parts Stardew can be hectic to setup. We have managed to design a board game organiser that speeds up the setup time significantly for Stardew Valley. This lovely themed organiser is designed so deck holders interlock for pack-up, and can be placed directly on the board or to the side, with all cards and tiles ready to go. This minimises the time to split decks, sort cards and tokens. This complete set is printed in 2 colours, light brown and a rich red.
Our Stardew Valley organiser now also comes with solid resin PIXEL hearts.
Our organiser supports Sleeved cards. Note: Actual Sleeves are not included, and actual board game not included.
We are passionate about board games, and 3D printing. We design and then 3D print all our board game organisers on Prusa FDM printer farm. If your board game organiser is not in stock please be patient, as printing these elements takes 2 days non-stop on a printer. We try to keep stock of popular inserts for speedy delivery.
