Processing Timeframes
All our items that state are in stock, are physically in stock in our warehouse in Brisbane. We do not drop ship, or indicate we have items that we don't have physical stock of.
Processing time frames are as follows:
- Board Games and accessories are Next Business Day.
- 3DLevelup branded items are typically posted 1-3 Business Days.
For 3DLevelup branded items, whilst we have the items in stock, we need to often assemble, sort, quality check and pack your items which can take time. Sometimes our quality check prior to shipment will require us to re-print a small part.
If you have purchased a Pre-Order item (stated in the item name), our processing time is typically 5-10 business days as we need to print your order.
Business Hours
Our business operates Monday to Friday but we try and answer questions from the online chat outside business hours if able to do so. We understand many of our customers are in a very different time zone to us. Shipping drop offs and pickups are also Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Timeframes
For domestic shipping Australia Post typically delivers within 5 business days. We often see deliveries in Brisbane locations take 2 business days.
For international orders it is typically 9-26 days but we have seen this extend out to 35 days to some countries.

Shipment will always have a tracking number for you to be able to check status. You will receive an email with a link to our website where you can view tracking information once your order has been placed. We recommend you also provide your mobile for SMS or an reliable email account for shipping update notifications when you place your order.

Ricochet Robots is less of a game and more of a puzzle, which explains why there's such an odd number of solutions possible. There's a four-piece modular board that forms a large room with walls spread around the board. There are also color-coded targets on boards. Placed on top of the surface are four robots. The idea for each turn/puzzle is to get the like-colored robot to a randomly selected target. The trick is that once a robot starts moving, it will continue to move until a wall or another robot stops it. Therefore, players are seeking a sequence of moves for the robots that will enable them to move the required robot to the target in the fewest moves.
Four robots move in a warehouse. As they have no brakes, they must rely on obstacles such as walls and other robots to stop. Once stopped, they use nozzles to move in a direction away from that obstacle, allowing them to turn. From time to time, they receive a request to move to one of the 17 targets in the warehouse and they rely on the players to provide them with instructions to move to the targets. Each turn, a player draws a chip to determine the next target and the robot that must reach it. The players search for the shortest moves to the target, using one or more of the robots. The player who finds the shortest route receives the chip as a reward. The player who takes the most chips, is the winner! Any number may play this game, making it a great party game, “If you love puzzles, sci-fi B movies, or just plain off-the-wall humor, this game’ s for you!” – Robin H. King, Games Magazine
