Postage within Australia
We use Australia Post as our primary shipping services in Australia. We discount the shipping for you to provide a $10 flat fee for residential addresses, and $15 for P.O. box addresses.
All shipments will be provided with a tracking number.
About P.O. boxes: Flat fee of $15 applies to P.O. boxes. This is due to the additional costs associated with P.O. boxes.
International Orders
We ship Internationally to most locations (Europe, US, Canada, South America, Singapore, Oceania) If your country is not listed as an available destination, or you are unable to check out, please reach out to us. Due to high prices on shipping of board games we typically do not ship these internationally. We use Australia Post for our international postage which typically have a 9 to 26 day delivery timeframe. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All shipments will be provided with a tracking number and insured with the carrier up to $100
Unfortunately there are certain countries we cannot ship to due to customs regulations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we can confirm.
Taxes, Duties and Customs:
Please note that customs tariffs, taxes or import duties on arrival at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. All our products are zero-rated for tax for international orders. For those in the European union, and in Brazil you may be contacted by customs for processing of your item.
Processing Timeframes
It takes us 1-2 business days to process your order. If you have purchased a Pre-Order item (stated in the item name), our processing time is typically 5-10 business days as we need to print your order. All items on our store listed as In-Stock are already printed and ready for packing, final QA, and shipment.
Business Hours
Our business operates Monday to Friday but we try and answer questions from the online chat outside business hours if able to do so. Shipping drop offs and pickups are also Monday to Friday.
Delivery Timeframes
For domestic shipping Australia Post typically delivers within 5 business days. We often see deliveries in Brisbane locations take 2 business days.
For international orders it is typically 9-26 days but we have seen this extend out to 35 days to some countries.
Shipment Tracking
Shipment will always have a tracking number for you to be able to check status. You will receive an email with a link to our website where you can view tracking information once your order has been placed. We recommend you also provide your mobile for SMS or an reliable email account for shipping update notifications when you place your order.
If you lose your tracking number or do not see it, please contact us and we can provide. We are with you on the journey and more than happy to assist with shipping enquiries.

If you have already bought our retail edition, and later have decided to upgrade your edition of Brass Birmingham to the Deluxe Kickstarter variant, we now have an upgrade option so you don't need to purchase the whole organiser again.
We have 3 options:
Pack 1: Base organiser for deluxe edition of the game
From customer demand we have created a beautiful organiser for the deluxe edition of Brass Birmingham that fits ALL our upgraded tokens and sleeved cards! This organiser is for the deluxe (Kickstarter) edition of Brass Birmingham with box dimensions 30.0 x 30.0 x 7.5 cm (This will not fit the retail edition). Keeping in theme of the industrial era, this organiser makes clever use of old English factory windows, individual player crates, boiler, and a beer keg to hold, well all the beer! Organiser utilises existing Iron Clay holder and garnishes it with a large Victorian window.
Does not include the coin holder (Pack 3) for Moedas & Co metal coins.
All player boards and game board are in the bottom of the box in the first few photos (lid fits flush with organiser). Alternatively you can also fit the boards on top. The quality of these prints are impressive. Instructions on how to pack away is in the images.
Pack 2: Upgrade our retail organiser to Deluxe.
This is not a full organiser. Requires the Train and boat (canal) boxes from our Retail organiser edition. We have had a couple requests now from our customers to be able to upgrade their organiser from the retail edition to the deluxe edition, as they have since acquired the deluxe version of Brass Birmingham. This option is for you if you are already using our retail edition organiser, and have decided to upgrade your Brass Birmingham game to Deluxe Kickstarter variant. The upgrade set includes:
4 new Crates to store chit tokens, these are larger than our retail edition, and have dividers for each chit type.
1 New Barrel to store beer stamped with our Resin Logo.
1 Window Garnish
1 Export Tokens Box, with Deluxe Lid
1 Miniature Tokens Box, with Deluxe Lid
1 Coal and Iron box with holder and Lid
3 Railway boxes with Lids to store more miniature buildings, and player tokens.
Pack 3: Coin holder for metal coins from Moedas & Co
If you want a coin holder and storage solution for the metal coins of Brass Birmingham from Moedas & Co, you will want to add this. The coin tray and box fits nicely in the same spot as the Brass Birmingham Deluxe Kickstarter Iron Clay box, or you can just have this sit on the shelf for other games, like Furnace! :-)
