Postage within Australia

Australia Post Shipping

We use Australia Post as our primary shipping services in Australia. We discount the shipping for you to provide a $10 flat fee for residential addresses, and $15 for P.O. box addresses.

All shipments will be provided with a tracking number.

About P.O. boxes: Flat fee of $15 applies to P.O. boxes. This is due to the additional costs associated with P.O. boxes. 

International Orders

We ship Internationally to most locations (Europe, US, Canada, South America, Singapore, Oceania) If your country is not listed as an available destination, or you are unable to check out, please reach out to us. Due to high prices on shipping of board games we typically do not ship these internationally. We use Australia Post for our international postage which typically have a 9 to 26 day delivery timeframe. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All shipments will be provided with a tracking number and insured with the carrier up to $100

Unfortunately there are certain countries we cannot ship to due to customs regulations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we can confirm.

Taxes, Duties and Customs:

Please note that customs tariffs, taxes or import duties on arrival at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. All our products are zero-rated for tax for international orders. For those in the European union, and in Brazil you may be contacted by customs for processing of your item.

Processing Timeframes

It takes us 1-2 business days to process your order. If you have purchased a Pre-Order item (stated in the item name), our processing time is typically 5-10 business days as we need to print your order. All items on our store listed as In-Stock are already printed and ready for packing, final QA, and shipment.

Business Hours

Our business operates Monday to Friday but we try and answer questions from the online chat outside business hours if able to do so. Shipping drop offs and pickups are also Monday to Friday. 

Delivery Timeframes

For domestic shipping Australia Post typically delivers within 5 business days. We often see deliveries in Brisbane locations take 2 business days.

For international orders it is typically 9-26 days but we have seen this extend out to 35 days to some countries.

Shipment Tracking

Shipment will always have a tracking number for you to be able to check status. You will receive an email with a link to our website where you can view tracking information once your order has been placed. We recommend you also provide your mobile for SMS or an reliable email account for shipping update notifications when you place your order.

If you lose your tracking number or do not see it, please contact us and we can provide. We are with you on the journey and more than happy to assist with shipping enquiries.

Dress that giant meeple on your card and token holder! 

Do you children have trouble holding game cards? Do they keep fidgeting with their cards, bending them etc? Are they dropping tokens on the floor? Or are you just a big kid at heart that really wants to dress up those meeples? 

We have 3 children under the age of 10. These are play tested with our children, and with our adult friends too! Everyone will have an oversized meeple with little costumes to keep those fidgeting hands at bay. Plenty of space for cards are neatly placed and arranged on the card holder across 3 levels. Holders are stable, and don't take a lot of room. They even have a working drawer to hide tokens, and a dish to place public tokens. Costumes, Drawer and Meeples are removable. Match the meeple to the player colour, we have two different packs of Meeples and Drawers for colour matching to your games, or just grab the pack that has your favourite colour:

Note: Each product item added to the cart includes 1 (One) Card Holder. Please use the options to kit out your card holder with Meeples, Drawers and Costumes. Or if you want multiple card holders just add this product multiple times to your cart and select none for costumes and none for meeples.

Costume items are printed with premium toughened flexible resin mixture, printed in white. There is a lot of detail hidden, that if you wish to paint or apply a wash you will be amazed. Our children and our friends children have loved playing with these. We also had lots of fun designing all the different ideas. We will be selling these in two different packs:

We ship our upgrades internationally

Our upgrades ship internationally to most countries. Europe, America, South America, New Zealand, Singapore. If you are having problems at checkout please contact us.

Please note Tax is 0 rated. If your country has import taxes you may be required to pay additional costs for customs entry. All items are shipped with invoice enclosed, customs product declerations.

Tracking numbers are always provided. Shipping is insured by AusPost up to $100 AUD. Additional insurance can be applied at $4 AUD per $100 AUD. Please contact us if you want additional insurance over $100 AUD. Postage times internationally is typically 2-4 weeks.

(whilst we ship our upgrades internationally, we do not ship actual board games internationally due to high postage costs)

All our items labelled in stock, are already printed and in our warehouse. If something is out of stock chat with us, we have our own upgrade factory. Printing, painting and preperation can take significant time. Some of our upgrades take several days to print on our printers. We can let you know when it will be in stock.

See something you like but don't like the colour?

We try to print our items in the colours we believe are thematic to the game. If you really like a design, and want it printed in a particular colour contact us. We have most colours in stock and can print to order at a small surcharge.
